Nicky O'Malley works at the intersection of nature, leadership and business transformation. She is the founder of 30x30 UK — a nationally recognised campaign to protect 30% of the UK for nature by 2030 — and New Story Ventures, a consultancy helping leaders and organisations move from extraction to regeneration.

As an autistic, ADHD founder, Nicky brings a distinctive lens to leadership, partnership and purpose. She has built multi-sector coalitions from zero budget, brought unlikely allies into alignment, and spoken on some of the world's most significant stages on nature, business and the future we're building.
